The shipment is from Holland. We ship in a neutral cardbox carton. All shipments are insured against loss and damage. While we ship daily, shipping time to EU countries other than the Netherlands may take between 3 and 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), occasionally even up to 10 business days, depending on local postal services.

Returns
We will gladly exchange or refund your items if you are not happy. Return the item(s) in the condition received! We will not exchange t-shirts if they have been washed, nor will we refund used razors or blades or opened creams. Send the item(s) with the original invoice, and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within two weeks (14 days) from when you received the goods. Although, we understand that predicament that is modern life, we're cool if it takes a little longer, but don't push your luck! Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded for purchases of 40 Euro or higher.
